I purchased this product to get some basic art supplies when I took up drawing. The supplies have all worked well, but the case was not very durable, and actually was falling apart in places. I kept trying to close it and had the items falling out of their slots and getting caught between other things. The box had a crack around a knothole in the side. Looking at the paint job led me to believe that the knot hole had been ignored. No attempt at putting any wood putty around the knot hole or in the crack had been done.
