I think I've used it as such twice in the eight years I've owned it and then only because my husband reminded me that it has that use lol.This is a great product. I've had mine for 8 years so far with no problems. It's comfortable to hold and switch speeds with one hand. It's very powerful. Some need a blanket or such between them and the head to control the intensity some and others, like me, like to be able to pinpoint the vibrations using the tip of the G-spot addition externally.... If I use it without pin-pointing it just feels like someone is shaking the heck out of my genitals.... For some that,s AWESOME for me it's just humorous. So if you get one, tinker around with what works best for you. I HIGHLY DOUBT you'll be disappointed. I've stopped bothering with other vibrators entirely over the past 8 years.
